 Cancellation Policy 

Thank you for booking Cincinnati’s best fishing and rafting, and paddle board guide service. We require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation. Once the deposit is received, we send you a calendar invite for a specific agreed upon date. By making your deposit payment and receiving our calendar invite, you are also agreeing to the cancellation policy outlined below.

If for any reason you need to cancel your trip or re-schedule we need at least 14 days’ notice. Should you need to cancel outside of the 14-day window, we will do our best to backfill your reservation and refund your deposit/payment. If we are unable to find another client for your spot, we will not be able to return your deposit/payment.

• All re-schedules inside of our 14-day cancellation policyare assessed a $50.00 fee per re-schedule. Our time and schedules are extremely valuable! 

* Weather/Water cancellations are strictly at the guides/outfitters discretion and have no effect on your deposit. If weather or conditions are not favorable, we have the right to move your date to a more favorable option. 

Trip insurance is recommended and can protect you should you have to cancel within the 14 days. Trip insurance costs 100$ per guided trip and is non-refundable. Trip insurance covers you if you need to re-schedule up to three times.
